It is the Master’s responsibility to ensure these documents are tailored specifically to the vessel, maintained, and accessible to the crew. Each plan or manual should undergo regular review and updates to reflect changes in regulations, vessel operations, and best practices. The Master should submit the plans to the Management for review and approval.
