The above measures have been reviewed by the DPA of Yachting Concept Monaco and, following inspection of the ship, have been determined as meeting the purposes set out under Standard A5.1.3, paragraph 10(b), regarding measures to ensure initial and ongoing compliance with the requirements set out in Part I of this Declaration.
This plan has been developed for M/Y _________ and is valid until further revision.
This plan has been electronically signed and approved by the master and the Chief Engineer on DeepBlue© ISM procedures
Purpose
This document is a complement to the DMLC Part I and is giving more detailed information auditing ships managed by Yachting Concept Monaco.
I addition to flag administration law and regulation which are detailed by the administration on the DMLC Part I, Yachting concept Monaco has issued internal instruction for the master in the SMS, giving details for the implementation of the regulations.
