Yachting Concept Monaco was founded by experienced Merchant Navy and professional yacht captains who spent their lives on board with a true passion for life at sea. After 15 years of commanding large vessels, they built a company where safety is not just a regulatory requirement, but a culture. Today, with a team of ocean enthusiasts and industry professionals based in the heart of Monaco, we manage the full lifecycle of luxury yachts, from acquisition, build to operation, from crew & safety management to resale.

Founder & CEO

Superyacht captain and former Merchant Navy officer with decades of command experience. Thierry co-founded Yachting Concept Monaco and leads the yacht management division, bringing first-hand operational knowledge to every vessel in the fleet.

Daniel Sola

Founder & CEO

Superyacht captain, co-founder and Designated Person Ashore. Daniel leads the charter management operations, combining command experience with hands-on charter experience oversight across the charter fleet.

Yquem Buty

General Manager

Yquem, with a background in luxury management, oversees daily operations and coordinates between shore-side management and onboard teams, ensuring seamless communication between the owners, family offices and efficient yacht management across the fleet.

Christophe Guegan

DPA & Fleet Technical Manager

Superyacht captain and worldwide sailor for the past 30 years, Designated Person Ashore and Company Security Officer. Christophe manages technical fleet operations, safety audits, and the digital Safety Management System platform.
