1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Yachting Concept Monaco Safety Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
The platform provides a digital knowledge base for ISM Code documentation, operational procedures, emergency plans, crew documentation, checklists, and templates for yacht safety management.
3. User Accounts
Access to the documentation requires an authenticated account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — managing yacht safety documentation and compliance. You may not:
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
- Copy or redistribute documentation without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All content, documentation, templates, and materials provided through the platform are the intellectual property of Yachting Concept Monaco and are protected by copyright. Authorised users may download and use documents solely for the operation of their vessel.
6. Disclaimer
The documentation provided is intended as guidance for yacht safety management. While we strive for accuracy, Yachting Concept Monaco does not guarantee that the materials are free from errors. Users should verify compliance with applicable regulations for their specific vessel and flag state.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yachting Concept Monaco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance on its content.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Principality of Monaco.
10. Master's Responsibility
The Master (Captain) remains the sole and ultimate person responsible for the safety of the vessel, its crew, and all persons on board at all times. Nothing in this platform, its documentation, procedures, or guidance shall be construed as diminishing, transferring, or overriding the Master's authority and responsibility as established by international maritime law, the ISM Code, and applicable flag state regulations. The use or misuse of any material provided through this system does not relieve the Master of any duty or obligation.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
