1. Introduction
This letter is a template to be used to document the release of a crew member from his/her employment contract with the company and the vessel, upon completion of his/her duties and responsibilities onboard. It's important to note that this letter is simply a formal acknowledgment of the crew member's release from their employment contract and the vessel, and should be signed by both parties to confirm the agreement.
2. Simplified Letter of Free Release
Please be informed that crewMemberName will be finishing his/her position of position on the Motor Yacht Yacht Name and upon receipt of his/her salary for days worked up to and including dateOfTemination, will have no claims or liens against the vessel or the company.
