Onboard Safety Culture Assessment
The primary purpose of the Safety Awareness KPI is to systematically assess and monitor the safety awareness and preparedness of crew members while aboard the yacht. Please rate your personal feeling on each question from 1 to 5, with 1 being low safety awareness and 5 being high safety awareness, or self-confidence.
