1. Company responsibility
Yachting Concept Monaco is responsible for the operation of the yacht(s) named by Letter of Authority from the owning companies. The relevant Flag‑State Authorities of the yacht(s) have been informed of the following details:

The owning company of the yacht has authorised Yachting Concept Monaco to fulfil its responsibilities under the International Safety Management (ISM) Code in the form of a Letter of Authority, held at the Yachting Concept Monaco office, with a copy on board the yacht.
2. Personnel responsibilities
Yachting Concept Monaco has defined and documented the responsibilities, authorities, and management structure of all personnel involved in the management, performance, and verification of work related to safety and environmental protection.
