### The Medical Officer has the following duties and responsibilities:

- To keep trained and knowledgeable in providing medical care.
- To maintain, restock, and manage the yacht's medical supplies and equipment.
- To be prepared to respond to medical emergencies.
- To coordinate with onshore medical facilities if needed.
- To regularly monitor the health and well-being of passengers and crew
- To provide health education and training to the crew and passengers.
- To maintaining detailed medical records.
- To ensuring compliance with maritime health and safety regulations.
- To oversee sanitation, food safety, and vaccination requirements.
- In case of contagious diseases or health crises, to act as a liaison with local and international health authorities.
- To offer support for mental health issues.
